The Dictionary/Investopedia Definition of a BINARy OPTIONs:
A binary option, or asset-or-nothing option, is a type of option in which the payoff is structured to be either a fixed amount of compensation if the option expires in the money, or nothing at all if the option expires out of the money. The success of a binary option is thus based on a yes or no proposition, hence “binary”. A binary option automatically exercises, meaning the option holder does not have the choice to buy or sell the underlying asset.

Major Investing Risk:
Brokerages always promise completely unrealistic expectations when they are working with a new investor who is just joining the Binary Options Investing game. Binary Options biggest money-making factor is LUCK and that is not a very sought-after trait to have as an investment. Investors always know that there is a modicum of risk involved when you invest your money anywhere, but you would hope that strategy and smart movements to stay ahead of the market would play a larger roll in the future of your investment rather than LUCK.
Risk is an essential part of the investing process, but don’t risk it all on an investment such as the binary option as you are simply handing all of the control over to the powers that be.
The Binary Options investing space is fraught with scam artists and companies poised to take advantage of the new freshman investor with no prior Binary Options investing experience.
